Overview

RockBridge invests in the hospitality industry through our RockBridge Hospitality Funds and First Mortgage Investment Program. RockBridge has managed eight hospitality-focused funds, four at our predecessor firm, Banc One Capital Markets (now JP Morgan Institutional Asset Management), and four at RockBridge. Through our RockBridge Hospitality Funds and First Mortgage Investment Program, RockBridge’s team has invested approximately $3 billion in the hospitality industry as part of nearly $5 billion total transaction capitalization, with RockBridge asset managing and servicing 100% of this capital. In addition, RockBridge also provides third-party asset management and servicing to institutional hotel owners and investors.
